First method:

  3. Let go of held keys as soon as you see the BLACKVIEW icon.

Second method:

  2. Afterawrds from Main Menu find and select Settings.
  3. Then open the Backup and Reset folder and select Factory Data ResetFormat BLACKVIEW R7
  4. Tap Reset Phone and read the warning when it pops up. Restore BLACKVIEW R7
  5. Choose Erase Everything and the phone will begin restoring.
  6. Well done! You have just performed the factory reset process.
