First method:

  1. At first hold down the Power button to switch off the device.Hard Reset CATERPILLAR B10

  3. You can release the Power button when CATERPILLAR logo appears on your screen
  4. Keep holding Volume Up until you see the Recovery Mode.Master Reset CATERPILLAR B10
  5. Now choose "wipe data/factory reset" using the Volume Down button to scroll and the Volume Up button to confirm your choice.Factory Reset CATERPILLAR B10
  6. Browse to option "Yes-detele all user data", and select that with Volume Up key.

  8. Success! The hard reset has just been performed.

Second method:

  1. Press the Power button, until your device is on.Hard Reset CATERPILLAR B10
  2. Then from the home screen open Menu and choose Settings.
  3. After that select Privacy and tap Factory data reset.
  4. Choose Reset phone and select Erase everything to begin hard reset operation.


Hard Reset will erase all of your data
