First method:

  3. When you see a change on your screen release only the Power key.

  6. Select "Yes--delete all user data". Use the Volume Down button to scroll and Power key to select.

Second method:

  3. Tap Factory Data Reset and selec Reset Device
  4. Choose Erase Everything if you are sure you want to clear all your data.
