First method:

  2. Then connect the USB recovery key to the micro USB connector of your tablet
  3. While switching on the device, press the Power button together with the Volume Up button at the same time to enter the ThinkPad Setup program.Format LENOVO ThinkPad 10
  4. In the next step choose Startup from the blue ribbon at top of screen
  5. From the menu in front of you, drag USB CD/DVD upward until the USB CD/DVD is shown as the first Startup device.
  6. Afterwards tap Save and Yes to save all changes.
  7. After that select Restart and follow the on-screen instructions.
  8. Depending on the needs, select the language preferred in the drop-down list box and click Next.
  9. Then follow the on-screen instructions.
  10. Congratulations! You have just performed the hard reset operation.

Hard Reset will erase all of your data
