First method:

  2. Then press and hold the Volume Down button for about 2-3 seconds.

  5. When you see an Android logo press and hold Volume Up for a while.

Second method:

  3. Tap Factory Data Reset and select Reset Phone
  4. Choose Erase Everything if you are sure you want to clear all your data.
