First method:

  1. In the first step hold down the Power key for a short while in order to switch off the device.Hard Reset ZTE Q7-C

  3. You can release held keys as soon as you see an Android Image on the screen.
  4. In order to open the Recovery Mode hold down the Power key for a short while.Hard Reset ZTE Q7-C
  5. Next, choose "wipe data/factory reset" by using Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to confirm.Factory Reset ZTE Q7-C
  6. Afterwards select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume Down button to scroll and Power key to select.
  7. To restart the phone, choose "reboot system now".Factory Reset ZTE Q7-C
  8. Success! The hard reset has just been performed.

Second method:

  1. At first, turn on the phone by using the Power button. Hard Reset ZTE Q7-C
  2. After pressing the Home button go to Settings and then to Backup & Reset.Format ZTE Q7-C
  3. Then choose the Factory Data Reset.
  4. In the next step tap Reset Phone.Restore ZTE Q7-C
  5. Afterwards select Erase Everything if you are sure you want to clear all your data. 
  6. Well done! Your phone is ready to use.

Third method:

  1. At the very beginning hold down the Power key for a short while in order to switch off the device.Hard Reset ZTE Q7-C

  3. Choose emergency dialer, and type the following number: *983*22387#
  4. Then from the menu in front of you choose Erase Everything.
  5. Congratulations! Now your phone will restart.
