First method:

  1. First of all, hold down the Power key in order to switch off the cell phone.Hard Reset ZTE Q802D

  3. You should release held keys as soon as the Android Images appers on the screen.

  5. Then choose "wipe data/factory reset" by using Volume buttons to navigate and Power key to confirm.Factory Reset ZTE Q802D
  6. Select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume Down button to scroll and Power rocker to select.

  8. Congratulations! The hard reset has just been performed.

Second method:

  1. At first, turn on the phone by using the Power button. Hard Reset ZTE Q802D
  2. After that, go to Settings and then to Backup & Reset.
  3. Then choose the Factory Data Reset.
  4. In the next step tap Reset Phone.
  5. If it's necessary enter the lock code. The default one is: 1111.
  6. Finally, select Erase Everything if you are sure you want to clear all your data. 
  7. Success! Your phone is ready to use.

Third method:

  3. Choose emergency dial, and type the following number: *983*22387#
  4. Then from the menu in front of you choose Erase Everything.
  5. Done! Now your phone will restart.
