First method:

  1. In the first step hold down the Power key for a short while in order to switch off the device.Hard Reset ZTE Reef

  2. After that, go to Settings and then to Backup & Reset (Privacy).
  3. Then choose the Factory Data Reset.
  4. In the next step tap Reset Phone.
  5. If it's necessary enter the lock code. The default one is: 1111.
  6. Select Erase Everything if you are sure you want to clear all your data. 
  7. Success! Your phone is ready to use.

Third method:

  3. Choose emergency dial, and type the following number: *983*22387#
  4. Then from the menu in front of you choose Erase Everything.
