First off, go to your phone's settings and then find an tap on Google.
Now, click on Manage your Google Account.
Here, simply go to Data & personalization.
Find General preferences for the web and go to Language.
Now, click on the pencil icon next to your current language.
Search for your desired language.
After you've selected a language, simply tap on Select in the bottom right corner.
