How remove Google Account Protection/ Factory Reset Protection in Alcatel OT-5015 PIXI 3(5)?

How to bypass Google Account protection? How to remove factory reset protection? How to active your phone when you forgot the Google password? How to bypass FRP?

Necessary Tools and Drivers

  1. USB Drivers
  2. Alcatel Mobile Update Tool
  3. SP Flash Tool
  4. Scatter file download

Install Necessary Tools

  1. Start by installing Alcatel Mobile Update Tool
  2. Install USB Drivers
  3. Unpack SP Flash Tool

WARNING!
Changing firmware in the phone will erase all of your data.
All described operations you are doing at your own risk.
If want saves your data do a backup before start.

Removing Google Account by using USB cable

Before you start using  SP Flash Tool I recommend doing full rom backup as if something goes wrong you may lose your personal data.

When you're ready you can follow this tutorial.

  1. Turn on SP Flash Tool with admin rights. Remove Screen Lock on your device
  2. Download scatter file for  phone, copy to SP Flash Tool directory, then select scatter file for your phone from SP Flash Tool directory choosing proper tab. Permanently delete data from your device
  3. Change tab from download to format. HardReset your device Factory Reset your device
  4. Select manual format Flash, and tick a validation box. Wipe data on your device Format your device
  5. In region filed leave the "EMMC_USER"
  6. In Begin Address field write 0x41000000 for your phone Restore your device
  7. In Format Lenght field write 0x800000 for your phone Remove screen password on your device
  8. Now press Start button. Remove Screen Lock on your device
  9. Next Connect turned off   phone to usb cabledont press any buttons.
  10. Google Account remove process will start and after few seconds end with success, after all the success screen will pop out. Permanently delete data from your device Hard Reset your device
  11. Your phone is now Google Account protection free and you can use it with no problems.You can disconnect usb cable from phone.
  12. Next turn on the phone into recovery mode and do wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache. 
  13. Reboot phone to normal mode and close SP Flash Tool software, The End. 

Congratulations FRP (Factory Reset Protection) is removed / erased.
