Google Play Errors

Sometimes when you use the Google Play store it may happen that you have to deal with some problems and erros. In the following article we will show you how to quickly and effectively solve the most common errors in Google Play App.

Google Play Store Error 403

This problem occurs when you try to download an application and you get the information that access to this app is prohibited. Error 403 typically pops up when someone tries to download applications on one device by using a couple of Google Play accounts.

The solution to deal with this error is quite simple. You have to clear information about the proxy. In order to do it follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Choose Connetions and tap More networks. Restore your device
  3. Select Mobile Network then APN (Access Point Name). Remove screen password on your device
  4. Finally, find and tap Clear Proxy option or Reset to Default.
  5. In newer Android phones you can simply find and select Reset All Network Settings option.

If this method doesn’t work you can try to use the alternative method, as the root of the Error 403 varies:

  1. Create a new Gmail Account. Remove Screen Lock on your device
  2. Open Google Play Store.
  3. The enter the Menu of Google Play and find and select Accounts. Permanently delete data from your device
  4. Finally, choose alternative Gmail account (the one that you created)

After performing all of these method you may try to install the desired app again.


Google Play Store Error 492

This error blocks the installation of apps due to problems with the cache of Davlika. Fortunately, the solution is also really easy.

  1. At first go to Settings.
  2. Open Application manager and select All Tab. Hard Reset your device
  3. Find the Google Play app. HardReset your device
  4. In the last step choose Storgae and tap on Clear cache. Factory Reset your device

Google Play Store Error 495

This kind of problem appears when you download or update apps from Google Play.
In order to solve this problem clear the Google Play data from Settings. Master Reset your device

You also have to clear the data Gogole Play services and log back in to the store. Master Reset your device
If the method above doesn’t work you can delete your Gmail account asigned to your Android device one more time. Afterwards, it is recommended to restart your phone and log in again.


Google Play Store Error 498

The result of this error is interuption in the app download process. It appears when the memory in our smartphone is full. The solution is simple - you need to remove unnecessary files and applications from the device to get some free space. If you would like to delete some apps yoe should use the Application Manager. Hard Reset your device

 

Google Play Store Error 919

This error appears when you try to open the application which you downloaded from Google Play in the past and it doesn’t start. In that case you also need to increase the avialable memory on your smartphone or tablet. Afterwards it is a good idea to delete the downloaded application and install it again.


Google Play Store Error 921


It makes downloading applications from Google Play impossible. How to solve this problem?
Clear cache of Google Play just like the error 492. You may also log out of the Google Plays. Afterwards restart the phone and once again log in Google Play. Factory Reset your device


Google Play Store Error 927

You cann’t download the application due to the fact that the Google Play app is updating.
If indeed the Google Plasy is updating- you just have to wait. However, if it takes too long – you have to Clear Cache by using the method from 492 error. Factory Reset your device


Google Play Store Error 941

This is the error which pops up while you are downloading application updates. The solution is well known. You just have to Clear Cache in the Google Play store, as well as the download manager. Factory Reset your device
