How to backup full firmware from Alcatel on MTK cpu ?

Necessary Tools and Drivers

  1. USB Drivers
  2. Alcatel Mobile Update Tool
  3. SP Flash Tool
  4. Scatter file download

Install Necessary Tools

  1. Start by installing Alcatel Mobile Update Tool
  2. Install USB Drivers
  3. Unpack SP Flash Tool

WARNING!
Changing firmware in the phone will erase all of your data.
All described operations you are doing at your own risk.
If want saves your data do a backup before start.

Backup Full Android ROM(EMMC_USER) from Alcatel by usb cable

  1. Turn on SP Flash Tool with admin rights. Format your device
  2. Download scatter file for yours Alcatel phone, copy to SP Flash Tool directory, then select scatter file for your phone fromSP Flash Tool directory with proper tab. Restore your device
  3. Write down cache begin address. Format your device
  4. Change tab from download to readback. Remove Screen Lock on your device Permanently delete data from your device
  5. Press ADD button. Hard Reset your device
  6. Next tap file field to select rom name and directory where save backup. Factory Reset your device
  7. Now select directory and file name and press save button.

  8. In this step will open new tab with address to write, write in it cache address that you write down on beginning and press OK button. Restore your device Remove screen password on your device
  9. Next step is press Read Back button and connect turned off phone to usb cable. Wipe data on your device
  10. Then full rom backup from the phone will be read and saved in the selected directory.
    HardReset your device Factory Reset your device
    Master Reset your device Wipe data on your device

Always is good have it before any play with the phone like firmware change, root, frp reset because in full backup you got everything for repair damaged phone(nv zone, imei zone, simlock zone, bootloader, preloader etc.) even if you full erase it.
To write this backup to phone if something goes wrong we will write manual in future, for now need to go to the professional service centre with it and they will fix the phone for you.
