Second method:

1. Switch off the device by holding the Power key for a few moments.
2. If the device is off unscrew two protections by using special tool.
3. Now open the cover and remove the battery.
4. After that wait for about 5 seconds.
5. Then put the battery and the cover back in
6. In the next step screw down protections by using for example screwdriver.
7. Finally switch on the mobile with the Power button.
