For Windows:

1. In the first step, open the Messenger app, then click your profile picture on top to see the settings.
2. In the next step, choose the Preferences Option from the list.
3. Select Language Tab from the list of settings.
4. Click down arrow symbol to set up new language.
5. To continue choose preferred language from the list.
6. To proceed the operation restart your Messenger App.
