First method:

  1. At first turn off the mobile by holding the Power button for a few moments. Restore BLU C5

  4. Now press Volume Up to open Recovery Mode. Wipe data on BLU C5

  8. When Recovery Mode pops up again select "reboot system now" by using Volume Up. Remove Screen Lock on BLU C5
