If you're experiencing problems with your JBL Tuner or you just want to reset the paired devices list this tutorial will show you how to perform a Hard Reset on your JBL Tuner.

1. At the start, turn the device on by pressing and holding the Power button.
2. Then press and hold the Volume Up button and the Bluetooth button together for 10-20 seconds.
3. After a few seconds "English" should appear on the display.
4. Use Tune + and Tune - buttons to change a language to one you like.
5. Then press the SCAN button to confirm.
6. Amazing work! The Hard Reset is complete.
