How to hard reset KALLEY Element Plus

1. If you decided to perform Hard Reset operation, your KALLEY Element Plus must be off, so hold down Power Key for a few seconds to do that.
2. When your device is completely off, you should proceed to the Recovery Mode by holding down Power Key + Volume Up for about 5 seconds.
3. In Recovery Mode, you should select option "wipe data/factory reset", use Volume Keys to navigate and Power Key to select options.
