1. In the beginning, turn your device off. To do it press and hold the Power button, then tapping the Power Off option on the screen.
2. Once the device turns off, press and hold the Power button and the Volume Up button together.
3. When the Boot Menu appears on the screen you can release both buttons.
4. Use the Volume Up button to scroll through the menu and select Recovery Mode, then press the Volume Down button to confirm.
5. When "No command" appears on the screen hold the Power button, then press the Volume Up button to continue.
6. Now the Recovery Menu should appear on the screen.
7. Use the Volume buttons to scroll through the menu.
8. Then scroll down and highlight Wipe data/Factory data reset, then press the Power button to confirm.
9. Next, select Yes and press the Power button to confirm.
10. Finally, select the Reboot system now and press the Power button to continue.
