First, if you want to use this method of Factory Reset your TROZUM E18 needs to be paired with a phone via the WearHealth application. To pair the devices simply download and install the WearHealth application on your phone and use it to pair devices.
After the devices are paired, open the WearHealth app on your phone.
Next, tap on Mine located on the bottom.

Next, scroll down and tap on Reset.
