How to hard reset VOTO X2

1. In order to perform this operation, you should turn your VOTO X2 off, so hold down Power Key for a few seconds to make it so.
2. Wait till your device turns off, and then proceed by holding down combiantion Power Key + Volume Up for about 5 seconds.
3. In the following menu, select option "wipe data/factory reset", use Volume Keys to navigate to it and Power Key to select it.
