First method:

  1. Start with turning your device off. In order to turn your device off hold the Power button, then select the Power off option on the screen.

  2. Once your device is turned off, press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power button together. Format ZOPO C3

  3. Wait until the Zopo logo appears on the screen, then release both buttons.

  4. When the Android logo with "No command" written under it appears on the screen press the Power button to continue. Factory Reset ZOPO C3

  5. Now you should be in the Recovery Mode. Use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons to move through the menu.
