1. In the first step turn off the smartphone by pressing the Power button for a couple of seconds.
2. Then hold down Volume Up and Power key for a few seconds.
3. Release all buttons if you se the BLU logo appears.
4. If the Android Robot image shows up press Volume Up + Power button.
5. Now use Volume buttons to select wipe data/factory reset and press the Power key once.
6. After that choose yes from menu and press the Power button.
