1. Use Power key and turn off your BLU F91.
2. Use Volume Up and Power button together.
3. Now stop touching all keys when BLU logo shows up on the screen.
4. When the Android Robot image pops up click Volume Up + Power key together.
5. Now go to Wipe data/factory reset. Use Volume buttons to move and the Power key to accept it.
