1. Start by pressing the Power key for a few seconds to turn off your mobile.
2. Then hold Volume Up and Power button for a couple of seconds.
3. Let go of all keys when the BLU logo pops up on the screen.
4. When the Android Robot image shows up click Volume Up + Power key together.
5. Then choose Wipe data/factory reset. Use Volume buttons to move and the Power key to accept it.
6. After that go to Factory data reset by using the same buttons as before.
7. Finally, select Reboot system now with the Power key.
