1. Push the Power key and from option menu choose "Power off".
2. Hold down the Power + Volume Up buttons after the device completely light off.
3. Release all keys, when BLU logo pops up.
4. Now, you will see Android robot picture. Push once Volume Up + Power keys.
5. Here is the Recovery mode. Use Volume rocker for navigating and the Power key for selecting.
6. Go to the "wipe data/factory reset" and confirm operation with "yes" key.
7. After wiping choose "reboot system now".
