1. At first switch off the mobile by pressing the Power key for a few seconds.
2. In the second step you must hold down Volume Up + Power button for a couple of seconds.
3. Release all keys if the BLU logo shows up.
4. When the Android Robot picture appears press Volume Up + Power button.
5. Then use Volume keys to choose "wipe data/factory reset" and press the Power key once.
6. In the next step select "yes" and press the Power button once.
7. When Recovery Mode appears choose "reboot system now" with the Power key.
