1. In the first step turn off the smartphone by holding the Power button for a couple of seconds.
2. After that push Volume Up and Power keys for a few seconds.
3. Let go of all buttons if the BLU logo appears.
4. If the Android Robot image shows up click Volume Up + Power key.
5. In this mode use Volume buttons to select "wipe data/factory reset" and confirm with the Power key.
