1. In the first step turn off the mobile by pressing the Power key for a few moments.
2. Then start holding Volume Up + Power buttons together for a short while.
3. Let go of all keys when you see Recovery Mode on the screen.
4. In this mode select "wipe data/factory reset" by using Volume keys to navigate and the Power button to accept it.
