1. Start the process of Hard reset by holding the Power key and selecting the power off.
2. In a moment your phone will shut off and once it has done so, start holding the Volume Up + Power key till you see the PIXUS logo on the screen.
3. Next thing you should see is the Recovery mode appearing on the screen, from here select Wipe data/factory reset using the Volume keys to navigate and Power key to confirm the selection.
4. Scroll down to Yes and confirm it to begin the process.
5. Your device will now begin the process and it will take several minutes, when it's finished you will be greeted by the Android setup screen.
