1. At the very beginning turn off the mobile by pressing the Power key for a few seconds.
2. After that hold down Volume Up and Power buttons together for a couple of seconds.
3. When Boot Mode pops up let go of all keys.
4. Now use Volume Up to select Recovery and click Volume Down.
5. When "no command" picture appears press Volume Up + Power button.
6. In this mode use Volume keys to select "wipe data/factory reset" and confirm with the Power button.
