1. In order to perform Hard Reset operation, you have to turn your ZIGO Eon 32I off, so hold down Power Key for a few seconds in order to do that,
2. Wait for a few seconds till your device completely turns off, and after that you have to hold down Power Key + Volume Up for about 5 seconds to proceed.
