1. At the very beginning turn off your tablet by pusing the Power key for a few moments.
2. After that hold down Volume Up and Power button for a short while.
3. Release the Power key when the BLACKVIEW logo pops up.
4. When you see Recovery Mode on the screen let go of Volume Up.
5. Now go to Wipe data/factory reset. Use Volume keys to navigate and the Power button to accept it.
6. Then select Factory data reset option with the same keys.
