1. In order to perform this operation, you should turn your MLAIS MX28 off, so hold down Power Key for a couple of seconds.
2. Wait till data wipe completes, and after that proceed to the Recovery Mode by holding down Power Key + Volume Up for about 5 seconds.
3. In Recovery Mode, using Volume Keys to navigate and Power Key to select, you should select option "wipe data/factory reset" to proceed.
4. In the next step, you should select option "Yes -- delete all user data" to confirm this operation.
