1. To perform this operaton, you'll need your MLAIS MX69 turned off, so you should hold down Power Button for a short while to make it so.
2. Once your smartphone is completely off, you should proceed by holding down combination of keys Power Key + Volume Up for about 5 seconds.
3. In the appeared menu, you should select option "wipe data/factory reset", use Volume Keys to navigate to it and Power Key to select it.
