Warning! Before you attempt to Factory Reset your device make sure that the battery level on your MOBVOI TicWatch GTX is at least 50%. If not charge your device before you continue.

1. In the beginning, turn on your MOBVOI TicWatch GTX by pressing and holding the Upper button.
2. After the device turns on, press the Upper button again to open the menu.
3. Once you're in the menu, scroll down and tap the Settings icon.
