Switch off the smartphone by pressing the Power button for a couple of seconds.
After that hold down Volume Down and Power keys for a few moments.
When you see the TELE2 logo let go of all buttons.
If Factory Mode pops up release Volume Down.
Now select "Clear eMMC". Use Volume buttons and click the Power key to accept it.
