1. For the first thing, you have to turn your VGOTEL Ocean 1 off, so hold down Power Key for a short while in order to do that.
2. Once your device is completely turned off, you should hold down combination Power Key + Volume Up for about 5 seconds to proceed.
3. In the appeared menu, you should use Volume Keys to navigate to option "wipe data/factory reset", and then select it with Power Button.
