- Switch your smartphone off by holding the Power button and selecting the Power off option.
- Afterward, press the Volume Up key and the Power key at the same time till the logo appear on the screen, then release both keys.
- There, you should see the Recovery Menu, by using the Volume keys and the Power button to confirm, let's highlight the Wipe data/factory reset.
- To continue your process, press the Yes -- clear all user data option on the following screen.
