2. Upon complete shut OFF, you can now move to the next step which is holding Power key + Volume up.
3. Hold thos keys till you see DEXP logo. After DEXP logo you will see android Recovery mode.
4. In Recovery mode, select "Wipe data/factory reset" using Volume keys to navigate and confirm it with Power key.
5. And again confirm your decision by selecting Yes and wait for the device to remove all personal data.
