If you decided to perform Hard Reset operation on your EVOLVEO XTRATAB 7 QC, you should turn it off firstly, by hodling down Power Key for a few seconds.
Wait till it turns off completely, and after that hold down combination of keys Power Key + Volume Up for about 5 seconds to enter Recovery Mode.
When you're in Recovery Mode, you should select option "wipe data/factory reset", using Volume Keys to navigate and Power Key to select.
Next you have to confirm this operation by selecting option "Yes -- delete all user data".
Wait till data wipe is completely done, and then restart your tablet by selecting option "reboot system now".
Your EVOLVEO XTRATAB 7 QC will be restarted within a few minutes after that, and that's it, well done.
