Warning! Before you attempt to Factory Reset your device make sure that the battery level on your MOBVOI TicWatch C2+ is at least 50%. If not charge your device before you continue.

1. Let's start by turning on your MOBVOI TicWatch C2+. You can do it by pressing and holding the Upper button.
2. Then press the Upper button again to open the menu.
3. Once you're in the menu, scroll down and tap the Settings icon.
4. Next, swipe up on the screen to scroll all the way down and tap the System.
5. After that tap the Disconnect & Reset.
