Warning! Before you attempt to Factory Reset your device make sure that the battery level on your MOBVOI TicWatch Pro S is at least 50%. If not charge your device before you continue.

1. In the first step, turn on your MOBVOI TicWatch Pro S by pressing and holding the Upper button.
2. After the device turns on, press the Upper button again to open the menu.
3. Once you're in the menu, scroll down and tap the Settings icon.
4. Then, swipe up on the screen to scroll all the way down and tap the System.
5. After that tap the Disconnect & Reset.
6. When prompted tap the checkmark button to confirm.
