1. At first turn off the mobile by holding the Power key for a short while.
2. In the second step push Volume Up + Power buttons for a couple of seconds.
3. In this mode choose Recovery by using Volume Up to navigate and Volume Down to accept it.
4. When the Android Robot picture appears press Volume Up + Power button.
5. After that choose wipe cache partition by using Volume keys to navigate and the Power button to accept it.
6. At the end select reboot system now with the Power key.
