If you wish to begin the Hard reset of your device, begin by holding the Power key.
When you see several boot options, tap on Reboot and wait for the phone to power off.
When the device shuts off, hold the Power key and Volume Up together till you see the logo of the device appear on the screen.
In a moment you will see the Recovery mode, from this menu you want to select Wipe data/factory reset using Volume keys to navigate and Power key to confirm the selection.
Affirm the process once more by selecting Yes.
Your phone will now initiate the removal of all personal data and when it's finished you will be greeted by the Android setup screen.
